Group Cruise Travel

Group cruises are a popular and affordable way to gather your family, friends, work colleagues or social club to hold your next reunion or special event.

How many people do you need to create a group?
A group cruise usually consists of a minimum of eight cabins traveling together on the same date, ship and itinerary. The specifications for land tour groups vary by each tour company.

What type of groups cruise with All Aboard Travel?
Any local group you are part of that connects people with a shared passion can easily translate into a group who may want to travel and try a new experience together. We help our clients plan cruises for:

  • Family reunions
  • Church groups
  • Professional organizations
  • Alumni groups
  • Senior clubs
  • Neighborhood associations
  • Local sports teams
  • Business incentive groups

What benefits do you offer groups?
Depending on the cruise line and the size of the group, we can typically offer you discounted pricing on your cruise and amenities such as shipboard credits, complimentary group photo, and more. When applicable, the group leader may receive a complimentary cruise fare for gathering and organizing the group.

What is a group leader?
A group leader is the person who gathers their group of travelers and coordinates the travel plans with All Aboard Travel. Once the group leader decides on a trip they would like to promote to their family, friends or social group, All Aboard Travel will provide them the applicable benefits available to them on that particular sailing.

I would like to organize a group cruise but how do I get my family and friends onboard?
Once you determine the group you want to approach, you may need some help preparing your “sales pitch”. The All Aboard Travel support team will assist you in marketing your travel program in any way to make it successful for you. We will arm you with the information you need to articulate the value and benefits of taking a specific group vacation together, as well as provide you with a custom flyer for the trip with your contact information on it. This can be an extremely helpful tool you can use to promote the important information pertaining to your group trip.

How does All Aboard Travel work with the group leader?
In addition to making all the necessary travel arrangements for the group who will be cruising together, your All Aboard Travel cruise consultant will help the group leader select cabins, make dinner reservations, plan a special party, reserve meeting rooms, and order any equipment or materials you may need such as audio visual technology.
